How fast do you deliver?
Starter 48–96 h · Business 48–72 h · Premium 24–48 h (priority).

What’s included in each package?
Starter (≤20s): 9:16 vertical, auto/simple captions, music & basic SFX, 1 quick revision.
Business (≤60s): dynamic cuts, manual captions with highlights, transitions & SFX, 1 revision.
Premium (≤90s): advanced graphics & brand colors, 2 revisions, priority delivery, multi-export 9:16 / 1:1 / 16:9.
What files and specs should I send?
MP4/MOV (H.264/ProRes). Vertical 1080×1920 recommended.
If files are large, paste a cloud link (Drive/Dropbox/WeTransfer).
How do revisions work?
One revision = one consolidated round of changes on the delivered edit.
Included: Starter 1, Business 1, Premium 2.
Need more? Add-on Extra revision (+€9).
Can you match my brand colors and fonts?
Yes. Premium includes advanced branded graphics.
In Business we match caption highlights to your brand color. Send HEX/RGB and font links.
Do I own the final video?
Yes — once paid, you own 100% of the final edit. NDA available on request.
How do I upload my footage?
On the checkout form you can upload files or paste a cloud link.
Add brief notes (brand colors, key message, CTA).
Payments & invoices
PayPal or card via secure checkout. Invoices are issued automatically; EU VAT can be added in the form.
Refunds / satisfaction
If we followed the brief but the style needs adjusting, on Business/Premium we’ll do one re-edit free.
If we can’t meet the brief, we offer a credit/refund on the first order.
Monthly plans or bulk orders?
Yes — 4–8 reels/month or brand retainers with priority slots. Contact us for a quote.
